SON OF SOUL, BORN AND RAISED IN ELIZABETH NJ
CEO/ARTIST/PRODUCER
Elizabeth and the surrounding area had always been a place for party rap and gangsta music throughout the underground since the '80s when Duke Booty dropped what the party needs, cool v & biz markie stepped on the scene with nobody beats the biz....and more than anyone else, Son of soul & the Jersey boys crew took these styles to the masses with a cutting-edge Dirty South attitude perfect for the burgeoning club scene of the time. The New jersey-based rapper/producer started out as a DJ before he released he first album called
(Tru Eastwick Soldiers) in 1999...Son of soul has worked with artist such as: jugga knot, ak the don,shorty-fresh,vet,money malc,jazz the joker,sizman,baby boy, and more...
-Graduate of the Accelerated 600-hour Recording Engineering and Production Program at Institute of Audio Research(New York, NY - 1/99-7/99 Excelled in Analog Editing Technique, Audio Circuit Construction, Music Business, MIDI and Music Synthesis and Audio Post Production.
-Graduate of Elizabeth High School (Elizabeth, NJ 6/95). Took Electronic Music courses covering the basics of MIDI technology.

-Freelance engineer at several studios including Cut master cool V`s Studio in Elizabeth, NJ, Son of Soul (Apocalypse Inc.) in East Orange and Fast Forward Studios in Manhattan.
-Equipment familiarity includes: Mackie 24 channel analog console, Roland VS1680 Digital studio, Nuendo 2.0,Cakewalk, Cubase 5.0, Pro Tools, T-Racks, Tascam DA-38`s/88`s, Mpc2000, Yamaha EX7 Keyboard, Korg2500 keyboard,Triton Keyboard and a wide variety of outboard gear.
-Worked with a variety of artists such as Ak The Don,Jugga-knott,Fort Nox,Rude Boy, Jazz Joker,Chosen 4,9,0`s at Fast Forward and Son of Soul
SON OF SOUL HAS BEEN PRODUCING MUSIC FOR ABOUT EIGHT YOURS NOW, AND HAS COMPLETED OVER 60,000 HOUR'S OF RECORDING & HAS PRODUCED SIX CD'S
